Hey there,

Lately, I've been getting up at 5 AM to get a long workout in before my son wakes up. I'm starting to love the quiet that early in the morning, but I noticed I kept counting down the minutes until I hit an hour. So now, instead of timing my workouts, I put on an album that’s about an hour long and listen from start to finish. When the music’s over, so am I.
